The hotel is beautiful and clean, nestled in a very good building with absolutely stunning view of the mountains. I have stayed in the standard queen room with a safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. The location is exceptionally nice and personnel is amicable!

We loved this place - relaxing hotel.
The room was spotless, with a great view of the surrounding mountains. It was in a good location in a nice quiet area. We ordered lunch at Golbasi, located not too far from the venue.

The resort offers a relaxing atmosphere and fairly clean surroundings. the astonishing view of the mountains is a definite highlight. - the rooms are reasonably large and come with cozy down pillows. - the decoration throughout the resort is quite nice. - the staff is hard-working and friendly, offering free wake-up service and ironing.

The hotel was a great choice for our xmas holiday - we loved the beautiful garden and the refreshing pool. The room was very clean, and we enjoyed our daily cleaning service. The breakfast offered a variety of options to start our day, including fresh fruit and delicious pastry. the hotel's location was perfect for us, as we were only a short drive from major attractions and the airport.
While we had an overall good experience, there were a few hiccups during our stay. The Wi-Fi signal in our room was weak, and we had difficulty connecting to the internet.

Had a good laugh at the staff's attempts to communicate in English with their trusty Google Translate. The pool was always an exciting surprise, you never knew what color it would be next!
Not enough pool grouting and swamp water for my liking.
